ReachSMM rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
ReachSMM does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation, and ReachSMM will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
ReachSMM tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

ReachSMM is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by YouTube, SoundCloud, Vine, Pinterest, or other social media platforms.
You can pay for your order by bank cards Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or through payment systems Apple Pay or PayPal. To pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to the card payment system server. When paying with a bank card, the security of payments is guaranteed by the card payment processing center.

1. Do Not Place Several Order for the Same Link at the Same Time , Wait for the First Order to Completed/canceled or Partial Before Placing the Next One . In This Case , We Can't Cancel/refund . ( or Another Way : Do Not Enter the Same Order Twice Before the First One Gets Completed/cancel/partial , No Cancellation Will Be Made and Both Orders Will Be Marked "Complete"! ) . We Can't Give You Correct Followers/likes/views... Number in That Case. We Will Not Refund for These Orders. Please Keep Attention!

2. In the Case Your Order Have Drop , Please Wait Us to Refill or Cancel or Partial Before Order a New One . We Will Not Cancel in This Case . Please Keep Attention!

3. System Will Look at Start Count When You Put Order and Mark Completed After Enough Quantity . So , Don't Ask Us Cancel or Anything With Reason :" Views/likes/subs... Come From My Real User , My Fans , Other Seller ... Please Keep Attention!

4. After Sending Orders :
• I Can't Edit/ Change Url if Its Wrong .
• If You Delete Your Page/account/video ... Or Change It to Private or Change Username or the Account Is Closed , We Will Not Refund / Refill for This Case. Please Keep Attention!
• If Your Page Had ...10k ...100k or 200k... Followers/likes/views ... Before Order Me or You Are Face Any Drop Problem , Then We Can't Refill / Refund if Your Existing Followers/likes/views Drops.
• After Order Completed if Traffic Drop Below Start Count Then Us Can't Refill/cancel .
• If You Use Server Drop , No Refill Before and After Completed You Come to Use Server Non Drop or Have Refill . Then We Can't Refill .
• We Will Accept Cancel Order , if System Is Error . Some Order " Pending " if I Have Option to Cancel , Then I Will if You Ask .we Can't Cancel After Placing Order if We Haven't Option on It.
• If the Order Has a Problem, Please Wait for Us and the Developer to Resolve It Within 1 Hour - 10 Days, Depending on the Nature of the Order.
• In Case You Ask Us Partail Cancel or System Have Some Problem and Can't Continue Working , Then Us Will Partial Refund and Partial Refund Is the Last Action, if After Partial Refund but the Traffic Is Drop, We Can't Refill or Refund.
• If You Use Drip Feed Services , Then , I Cant Intervent ( I Can't Refund , Refill , Cancel... )
• Please Check " Update Status or Bell Symbol on Daily: " Per Day , Because Some Status Us Will Delete After Some Day , So , You Will Not Catch Up .
• If U Didn't Get Watchtime as Per Your Order, Then Send the Anlytics of Channel or Video as Per Below Format in What's App or Ticket System.
